Botanika Payment Procedure

• Upon booking: Earnest money RM 10,000

• Upon signing SPA - 14 days later 10% purchase price - booking fee (Early bird 5% rebate given on SPA if signed within 14 days). Foreign state consent levy RM 20,000 or 2% of PP (whichever higher) (upon signing SPA)

• Obtain loan within 30 days. Stamp duty on loan 0.5% on loan amount.

• 10% progressive payment payable upon foundation. (5% rebate for 2nd 10% progressive payment if loan obtain within 30 days)

• Bank loan on Progressive payment.
